Bay Harbor Islands

Incorporated in 1947, the Town of Bay Harbor Islands consists of the East Island and West Island. Only single family homes can be found on the West Island. There are luxury buildings and apartments, as well as a small business district on the East Island. Broad Causeway, named for the Bay Harbor Islands founder Shepard Broad, connects these islands to the mainland in North Miami.

The gated community of Harbor Island has direct ocean access and offers a small-town community with a recreational center, clubhouse, tennis courts, and a yacht club. The homes are Mediterranean style and gorgeous, and have swimming pools, fireplaces and range in size from 2500 to over 5000 square feet. Prices start at $500,000.
