The Town of Cutler Bay is Miami-Dade's newest incorporated area located just south of Palmetto Bay, east of US1 to the bay. Residents like the more "suburban" feel with less traffic and more of a small-town feel. Many parks include Saga Bay, Lakes by the Bay, Whispering Pines and Cutler Ridge. Southland Mall, Black Point Marina, South Dade Government Center and a new (under construction) Arts Building are all located within the Town's limits.

This area is very convenient with all three major roadways running through it... Turnpike (with 3 exits), US1 and Old Cutler Road. Drive just 20 minutes and you're at Miami International Airport, 40 and you're at Fort Lauderdale Airport! This area is known for the ability to get just a little more for your money...
