Landlord Forms & Addenda
for Leases

  • Tenant Application Have tenants fill out a form providing you with essential information you can check on! If you approve them as tenants, simply use this form to keep track of their contact information. *A suggested tip: email or mail this out every six months during tenancy, to ensure you always have the most updated contact information for each of your tenants. Cell phone numbers change, employment changes... make sure you stay informed! If something goes wrong, you'll need ALL of their contact information!!

  • Mold Addendum Mold exists everywhere, both indoors and out. It is only in large amounts that it can create health hazards. But it is always something to be aware of. And for potential tenants, you should always make them aware of the existance of mold - how to avoid the growth of it, and that they have the right to get the property tested. Especially if anyone that will be living there has asthma or related health issues, they should take steps to ensure the environment is safe for them.
