Santa Barbara Townhomes
The Santa Barbara community is located in Cutler Bay, Florida
just off Old Cutler Road and 87th Avenue. A small community of townhouses, it is within walking distance to Whigham Elementary and Centennial Middle Schools. Black Point Marina is just down the street, as well as plenty of restaurants, gas stations, Publix shopping center with Blockbuster and Starbucks. Just 2 minutes to US1 and the Turnpike, and Southland Mall.
Townhomes were built in 2006-2007, are two-story with one car garages, and have 2-3 bedrooms and a private fenced, good-sized backyard. The townhomes surround a gorgeous pool/clubhouse/playground area in the middle of the community. Sidewalks make walking to the pool area, the playground, outside the community, or to the lake or mangroves a joy.
